IMO Car Wash Australasia (“IMOA”) conducts the IMO car wash business pursuant to a Licence Agreement with IMO Car Wash Group Limited (“IMOG”). Founded in Germany in 1965, IMOG is the global leader in car washing with approximately 1,000 sites in 14 countries. IMOG was acquired by Carlyle Group in April 2007 in a tertiary private equity transaction. Previous owners of IMOG include JP Morgan and Bridgepoint.

IMOA currently operates multiple car wash sites across New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria. With the funding support of Propel, IMOA plans to roll out further sites throughout Australia.
