• Albin is a board member on a number of investee companies in the Propel Investments’ portfolio including Baycorp Collections Services, The PAS Group, Marstel Terminals and IMO.
• Albin was a member of the DB Capital Partners team from 2000 to 2007, where he led, co-led or was a key member of the due diligence team on various private equity transactions including the International Parking Group, Wizard Mortgage Corporation, Marstel Terminals, Bayard Group, Baycorp Collection Services and The PAS Group (which has to date acquired Metalicus, Review, Capelle, Fiorelli, Hopkins Group, Design Works, Breakaway, and Yarra Trail).
• Prior to DB Capital Partners, Albin spent four years at Arthur Andersen specialising in insolvency and corporate finance in Melbourne and Brunei.
• Albin holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, a Masters in professional accounting from Victoria University of Technology, and is a Chartered Accountant.
